Booking Rules

We request members use our booking tool to register for play as much as possible so we can collect accurate data for planning purposes.  To optimize court use and provide all members with equal opportunity and adequate time to play, the following booking rules are in place:

  • Tennis courts 2 and 3 (aka Pickleball Courts 2 & 3 and 4 & 5), can only be booked after Tennis Courts 1 and 4 are already booked
  • Pickleball courts 2, 3, 4 and 5 should be booked in sequence to allow maximum court availability for tennis
  • Leaving an empty timeslot in the middle of a booking for the same group of players is not allowed
  • Bookings cannot be canceled within 30 minutes of scheduled start time
  • Players may be asked to change courts to enable drop in play for others
  • Prime time is defined as 8 am to 12 pm and 5 pm to 9 pm daily

Each member can book a maximum of two sessions per day, only one of which can be in prime time, for tennis or pickleball up to three days in advanceAdvance booking opens at 9 a.m. (eg. Sunday a.m. you can book for Wednesday).

Booking sessions are 30 minutes and may be combined with other players' allotments. Booking system allows one member to book for all players in a group. Maximum session length depends on reservation type (singles, doubles, or solo practice).  Enter / select the other members in your group on your booking. For singles, you can book for one hour by using your partner’s allocation for that time period. For doubles, you can book up to 2 hours by using the allotment of all four players for that time period.  A paid guest counts as a player, and up to 3 guests can be invited for a doubles game.

Participation in scheduled activities (such as Open Play, Clinics) does not count towards daily allotments however registration is recommended for planning and tracking purposes.

Players may continue drop-in play on empty (unbooked) courts when available, in accordance with the Court Use Policy.

Violation of the booking rules is a violation of Club policies and may result in sanctions. See Policies and Guidelines.

Court usage will be monitored and the booking rules are subject to change based upon court availability.
