Key Returns

The decision was made to NOT rekey the locks in 2024 and install a combination lock on the main gate and combination padlocks on the small gate, the light-switch box and storage boxes.  One common code for all locks is shared via the member portal. 

 

Since the Club originally collected a $20 key deposit, return of the key entitles prior year members to a $20 refund.  With keys no longer required, we are offering three key return options to members.    

Option 1

 

Return key at Club Opening Event

 

on April 27, 2024 (weather permitting)

for a cash refund.

Option 2 

 

Drop-off key 

 

Contact us at tatpc.treasurer@gmail.com to arrange a convenient time to drop off your key

at a location near the club.   

 

An e-transfer refund will be provided.

Option 3

 

Contribute the refund

 

Leave the $20 deposit with the Club. The funds will be used for additional improvements.

 

This eliminates the need to return the key, and reduces the administrative burden of processing refunds.  

Please return keys by July 1, 2024.  For any key not returned by July 1, 2024, the member is considered to have contributed their $20 to the Club, which we accept with sincere thanks!
